Meet Our Team
President of Provider Services
I have spent my entire 15-year career within the staffing and recruiting industry, working with healthcare professionals of all levels. Specializing in developing businesses and building teams, KPG offered me the opportunity to create something from a blank canvas and thus, KPG Provider Services was born. Knowledgeable service, transparency, fair rates, solution-based thinking, pragmatism, don’t have to be lost in today’s service. My mission became creating the most talented team that could bring an unparalleled service to California’s organizations and providers. I am an animal lover, exercise and health enthusiast, traveling enthusiast and a Carlsbad native. Contact me with feedback or questions on our services.
The great environment, surrounded by great people, helping providers find better positions, and serving as a resource to candidates and clients are all the reasons why I enjoy my position. My goal is to make good deals and build relationships in order to offer the best possible service. In my spare time I enjoy horseback riding.

I like the people I work with. We rely on each other heavily to get top results. Without them I couldn’t do what I do. Details and extensive follow up are essential, and lots of coffee. I like watches, secondhand books and Cuban coffee.

I love my job because I get the opportunity to help providers every day by making positive differences in their lives. This can be by increasing their overall compensation or helping them attain a better work/life balance. Being a great consultant means understanding a provider’s perfect work scenario and going above and beyond to achieve it. Taking time to understand each individual’s goals and career path is a key component. I am ambidextrous and can write perfectly with both hands!

My job is a breeze because I have the absolute best team in the world. When I’m working with a provider I explore every possibility to reach the greatest outcome in every situation. If we work together, you can bet on us finding your dream job – only better! What I love about my job is getting to find new opportunities for a candidate that fits what they are looking for in order to help them succeed both professionally and in their personal life. While doing so, I am helping a facility find coverage for their patients and potentially foster a long-term partnership. I represent both the provider as well as the facility and I would be honored to make an introduction for you. In my personal time, I like to cycle, watch sports, and spend time with my wife, son and 3 dogs.

It’s very exciting to make a difference in communities instead of one patient at a time. My spare time is spent traveling and with my animals.

I like the recruiting industry because I’m able to get doctors to those patients who need them most. I especially like being a recruiter with my colleagues at KPG Providers; a great group of people. Fun fact – After Hawaii lifted the covid ban and opened back up for tourism, I booked a flight, car and an oceanside condo for three weeks and went to Maui in February.
Recruiting allows me to be of service to people while helping them reach pinnacle milestones in their lives. The relationships that are made are fulfilling. I can eat bacon as a meal, a side, or an add on – Give me bacon with my bacon, please and thank you.

I truly enjoy helping people and recruiting with KPG allows me to do just that while making a positive impact on the world. I get to help place providers in needed opportunities to better the healthcare experience. Fun fact I have a twin brother that is a pilot in the U.S. Army
I like working with physicians and have been doing it for a long time. We get along well. One of my physicians made me Osso Buco and sent it to me federal express for my birthday just to show me that he was a great cook (lol). I love living by the ocean. I found the sound of it very very therapeutic and I like to travel too.
I enjoy getting to work with professionals with a variety of experience and skill sets. It’s great to be able to facilitate partnerships where each side comes out feeling like a winner. Fun fact: I was captain of the Puerto Rico National Rugby Team… for 16 minutes.

I love helping people obtain the best care and treatment possible. Credentialing, is the silent partner to the clinical side of healthcare. Making sure qualified providers meet the standards to treat their patients is important to me and KPG allows me to do just that. I work with a phenomenal company that provides all the tools necessary to make my job easy and a great team that plays well together. Regardless of the position, everyone has the same common goal…to obtain qualified providers that give patients the best care and treatment possible. Fun Fact: I LOVE dogs. I would love to own a ranch one day and let all the unloved pooches roam free and be happy FURever!
I have been in staffing for over 20 years in one way or another but never has it seemed as important as it did when COVID hit. It became something that everyone needed and everyone used. Now I just want to be able to help people be as happy as I am working for KPG! Fun fact: I had my tonsils out twice. They took them out when I was 4 years old and they grew back so I had to have them removed again when I was 16.
I love recruiting because I have always enjoyed meeting new people and finding out what their passions are! Recruiting allows me to connect with new people every day, hear their stories, and find out how I can help them to succeed in their careers! The healthcare industry is especially close to my heart as my dad was a gastroenterologist who ran his private practice for over twenty years as a physician and business owner so I have an intimate and heartfelt understanding and appreciation for the stress and challenges providers can face and what they go through in order to balance helping others with taking care of their families. I hope to be able to take a personalized approach to help alleviate some of that stress by listening to them, and being there to help match them with jobs that are the best fit! Fun fact about me is that I am a Cat Mom of three adopted cat children who I love more than I thought was humanly possible—it’s their world—I am just living in it!
During my 13 years in the healthcare industry, the relationships I have with my providers ranks number one on why I love this profession. Working with them side-by-side for years, they become family. At KPG, they nurture that relationship and find new ways to consistently make our providers happy. The other loves of my life are my beautiful children, traveling, fishing and paddle boarding.
Credentialing is typically viewed as a check-the-box regulatory burden, but it is more than that here at KPG. It is about getting to know the provider, developing a relationship and finding ways to make the process stress-free. Generally, providers need to engage in a tedious, paper-based credentialing process before granted privileges. I love my job because this burden is greatly reduced with the help of me and my team! Also, through credentialing, patients are assured of their healthcare professional’s merit and experience which is important to me. When I am not assisting providers navigate the credentialing process, I am home sketching or at an art gallery.
I enjoy working in credentialing because not only do I have the opportunity to help our providers by taking a little bit of the weight off through every step, but I also get to help the patients by making sure that our providers are appropriately credentialed to help them to the best of their ability. My goal is to always make the credentialing process as smooth as possible for our providers. Fun Fact: I really enjoy being outdoors and going on nature walks.
I love working at KPG besides working with a great team I get to assist providers from all across the world initiate and complete the sometimes tedious process of getting credentialed to start the job. It feels great to gain their confidence in knowing that I will take the majority of paperwork off their hands so that they can begin doing what they do best which is taking care of patients. I also get the opportunity to meet some really awesome people.
Fun Fact, I am actually really good with my hands and can build or fix just about anything (with the help of YouTube of course).

I love that I have a great degree of control and freedom within my role to focus on bettering the processes. Also, the diversity of the work that I do ensures that no day is like any other. During my free time, you can find me cheering on The Vegas Golden Knights. (Go Knights, Go!)

I love working with KPG because it allows me the ability to work autonomously, with a great group of people, doing what I love, in a highly productive, yet laid back environment. That is the secret sauce for me. My passion for helping people be as successful and productive as possible within their respective roles and making a difference in the day to day processes, culture, and environment are what gets me up in the morning. I thrive in being the liaison between internal and external teams, and I love using technology to make all of our lives easier! I am a “water baby”, when I’m not working or studying for my Baccalaureate in Social Work, you can find me in the pool, listening to music, having brunch, out on the town, working out (preferably outside) or some combination of those, as I am the queen of multitasking!
KPG gives me the ability to do the work I enjoy doing. Credentialing is a process of assessing provider’s qualifications and clinical competency through a review of education, training, licensure, etc. With this process, we can ensure patients receive care and treatment by skilled and qualified providers. Patient safety is important and that’s what matters to me. A fun fact about me is that I have two children born six years apart on the exact same day.
